We Provide Comprehensive Oxygen Concentrator Servicing

🔧 Our service includes:

1️⃣ Replacement of Molecular Sieve Cartridges (Zeolite)

We do not regenerate old zeolite – we use new, high-quality media, ensuring effectiveness and durability.We also modify aluminum tubes (increasingly used by manufacturers) that cannot be opened in the standard way

2️⃣ Compressor Overhaul

We replace components as needed: bearings, piston rings, cylinders, seals, and head valves.

Regeneration levels:
🔹 Basic – bearings + piston rings
🔹 Intermediate – bearings + piston rings + cylinders
🔹 Full – bearings + piston rings + cylinders + seals and head valves

We import parts for compressor overhauls from the USA and use top-tier bearings from brands like SKF and NSK.

3️⃣ Valve Replacement or Regeneration

In some models, valve regeneration is possible; in others, replacement with a new part is required – we perform both services.

4️⃣ Cleaning and Final Testing

🧼Thorough internal cleaning of the concentrator
⚙️ Checking operating parameters
⚙️ Measuring and adjusting outlet pressure
⚙️ Leak test of the pneumatic system
⚙️ Measuring oxygen concentration during 2 hours of continuous operation at maximum flow
⚡ Performing electrical safety tests
