Online Store Terms and Conditions

§1 General Provisions

• These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at: lidar24.pl.

• These Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the sales contract concluded with the Customer.

• Placing an order requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§2 Definitions

• Seller – the owner of the online store.

• Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase.

• Online Store – the website available at: lidar24.pl.

• Product – the goods offered in the store (e.g., oxygen concentrators, accessories).

• Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

§3 Placing Orders

• Orders can be placed 24/7 via the order form available on the store's website.
• Processing an order requires correctly filling out the form and confirming the order.
• The Customer will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
• All product prices are stated in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

§4 Payments

• The Customer may choose the following payment methods:

  • Przelewy24 (fast online payments),
  • traditional bank transfer,
  • cash on delivery (if available), 

• Details for traditional bank transfers will be provided in the order confirmation e-mail.

§5 Delivery

• Orders are fulfilled within the territory of Poland.
• Delivery costs are indicated in the order form.
• The order processing time is typically 1–3 business days from the moment the payment is credited.

§6 Returns / Withdrawal from the Agreement

• In accordance with applicable law, a Customer who is a Consumer has the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, without providing a reason.
  To make a return:

  • Keep the original packaging along with any filling materials,

    or by phone and inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

• The following products are non-returnable:

  • Hygienic products (e.g., nasal cannulas, masks) if the packaging has been opened,

  • Oxygen concentrators if the packaging has been opened,

  • Used products showing signs of use exceeding ordinary handling.
     

Please return the product in an unchanged condition, in its original packaging, to the indicated address.

Upon receiving the returned shipment, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

§7 Complaints

• Complaints should be submitted via e-mail:

• The complaint should include a description of the issue and photographs of any damage (if applicable).
• The store will respond to the complaint within 14 days from its receipt.

§8 Personal Data Protection

• The administrator of personal data is LIDAR Wiktoria Moroń.
• Personal data are processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders and for accounting and marketing purposes (if consent has been given).
• The Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.
• Detailed information about the privacy policy is available on a separate subpage (privacy policy).

§9 Final Provisions

• These Terms and Conditions come into force on the date of their publication on the store’s website.
• The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will not affect orders placed before the changes come into effect.
• In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
