Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We deliver orders throughout Poland. The standard delivery time is 1 to 3 business days from the moment the payment is credited. In the case of equipment rental, personal delivery is also available within the Silesian Voivodeship (including Katowice, Tychy, Gliwice, Zabrze, Chorzów, and surrounding areas).

Available delivery methods:

• Courier service (InPost)

• InPost Parcel Locker (for smaller accessories)

• Personal delivery (for selected products, by prior arrangement)

All devices are carefully and securely packaged to ensure safe transport.

Returns / Withdrawal from the Contract

In accordance with applicable law, a customer who is a consumer has the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, without providing any reason.

To make a return:

• Keep the original packaging along with any filling materials.

• Contact us by e-mail:
  
  or by phone: +48 32 206 62 43 to inform us of your intention to withdraw from the contract.

• Return the product in its original, unchanged condition, in the original packaging, to the address provided.

After receiving the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days using the same payment method originally selected by the customer, unless agreed otherwise.

Products not eligible for return:

• Hygienic products (e.g., nasal cannulas, masks) if the packaging has been opened.

• Oxygen concentrators if the packaging (carton) has been opened.

• Used products showing signs of use beyond ordinary handling or inspection.

Complaints

We care about the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a product with defects, you have the right to submit a complaint.
 

How to Submit a Complaint

To file a complaint:

• Complete the complaint form (available for download below).

• Send the product back to the provided address, attaching:

• the completed complaint form describing the defect,

• proof of purchase (receipt or invoice),

• photos, if possible.

Complaint Handling Time

Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the claim and the product. If the complaint is accepted:

• we will repair or replace the product with a new one,

• or — if this is not possible — refund the purchase amount.

Please note:In the case of repairs carried out by the manufacturer, the service time may take up to 30–40 days.

Important Information

• Damage resulting from improper use of the equipment, not in accordance with the user manual, is not covered by the complaint procedure.

• Devices are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).

• In the case of used or rented equipment, complaints are handled individually according to the terms of the rental or sales agreement.
