When you rent an oxygen concentrator from us, the following items are included:
A nasal cannula (oxygen tubing) – 2 meters in length
A humidifier (plastic water container for distilled water), used to humidify the oxygen during therapy and prevent drying of the throat and airways
Connecting the humidifier and nasal cannula or mask to the device
Starting the device and explaining the start-up procedure
Setting the oxygen flow rate (L/min)
Explaining the meaning of any alarms and what to do when they occur
Highlighting key aspects of proper use to avoid equipment failure
Presenting options for using longer nasal cannulas or oxygen extension tubing
Recommending distilled water from a trusted source
If a doctor’s consultation has not taken place or no specific usage guidelines were provided, we will advise how often and at what flow rate to start using the oxygen concentrator.
We agree on the rental period (weekly or monthly options)
The renter must present a valid ID, and the personal details are recorded in the agreement
We explain all points listed in the agreement
At the end of the contract, key usage instructions and rules are summarized
Once the renter agrees to the terms, the contract is signed
