Our oxygen concentrator service does not regenerate old zeolite – we use new, high-quality media to ensure effectiveness and durability.
Additionally, we modify aluminum canisters (increasingly used by manufacturers), which cannot be opened using standard methods (as shown in the photo).

Compressor Repair & Overhaul

We replace bearings, piston rings, cylinders, seals, and head valves – depending on the specific needs.
Overhaul options:
🔹 Basic – bearings + piston rings
🔹 Extended – bearings + piston rings + cylinders
🔹 Full – bearings + piston rings + cylinders + seals and head valves

For compressor overhauls, we source parts from the USA and use top-quality bearings from leading brands such as SKF and NSK.

Valve Replacement or Overhaul

In some models, valve overhaul is possible; in others, replacement with a new valve is necessary — and we handle both. We stock valves compatible with many models of oxygen concentrators.

Cleaning & Quality Check

After completing the inspection or service of an oxygen concentrator, we thoroughly clean the interior, check operating parameters, adjust the output pressure, and test the pneumatic system for leaks.
We also run the device continuously for 2 hours to verify the oxygen concentration at maximum flow.
Finally, we perform electrical safety tests.
