Our oxygen concentrator service does not regenerate old zeolite – it uses a new, high-quality insert, which ensures effectiveness and durability. Additionally, we perform modifications on aluminum tubes (increasingly used by manufacturers) that cannot be opened in a standard way (visible in the photo).

Compressor regeneration

We offer: bearings, rings, cylinders, seals, and cylinder head valves – depending on the needs.

Scope of regeneration:

🔹 Basic – bearings + rings

🔹 Extended – bearings + rings + cylinders

🔹 Full – bearings + rings + cylinders + seals and cylinder head valves

For compressor regeneration, we source parts from the USA and use bearings from top companies like SKF and NSK.

Replacement or regeneration of valves

In some models, it is possible to regenerate the valve, while in others, it is necessary to replace it with a new one, which we also perform. We have valves for many models of oxygen concentrators.

Cleaning and final tests

After completing the inspection or servicing of oxygen concentrators, we thoroughly clean the interior, check the operating parameters, adjust the output pressure, verify the tightness of the pneumatic system, and during 2 hours of continuous operation of the device, we check the oxygen concentration at maximum flow. Finally, we perform electrical safety tests.
